Exploration of Aluminum Plate

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for lightweight vehicle bodies in the domestic market. In order to improve the competitiveness of the domestic mold industry, our company has invited Mercedes Benz's technical director as a technical consultant to develop the first set of aluminum plate molds for the front hood. After ten months of research and development debugging, we have proficiently controlled the special rebound method of the aluminum plate molds. Finally, after blue light testing, the deviation rate of this part is controlled within plus or minus 0.5, meeting the acceptance requirements of Mercedes Benz for this part.

Through the development of this project, my understanding of aluminum plate molds has been improved, and I have initially mastered the development technology of the entire process of aluminum plate molds. I have also improved my understanding and application skills of AutoForm, which has great reference significance for future mold projects.
