In recent years, the increasing demand for lightweight bodies in the domestic market, and in order to improve the competitiveness of the domestic mold industry, our company asked the technical director of Mercedes-Benz as a technical consultant to develop the first set of aluminum molds for the front hood During the month of research and development and debugging, the special rebound method of the aluminum plate mold has been skillfully controlled. Finally, the deviation rate of this part after blue light detection is controlled within plus or minus 0.5, which meets the acceptance requirements of Mercedes-Benz for this part.

After the development of this project, I have improved my understanding of aluminum plate molds, and have initially mastered the development technology of aluminum plate molds throughout the process, which has improved my understanding and application skills of AutoForm, and has great reference significance for future mold projects.
